Phoenix Park
Phoenix Park is the largest enclosed park in Europe, stretching over 707 hectares – that’s twice the size of Central Park in New York! It’s home to some pretty cool spots like Áras an Uachtaráin (President of Ireland’s House), Dublin Zoo, and a stunning herd of over 600 wild deer. On a breezy, blue-sky spring day, it’s the perfect place to go for a walk and soak up the beauty of nature, right in the heart of Dublin.
Walking Tour of Dublin
A walking tour of Dublin is the best way to soak up the city's history and charm. Stroll past the colourful Georgian doors, along the River Liffey, and explore sights like Trinity College, Dublin Castle, and St. Patrick’s Cathedral. Spring is the perfect time to explore, with the city in full bloom, fresh air, longer days and hopefully a sprinkle of sun. Whether you’re into history or just enjoying the vibe, Dublin is full of life, especially when you’re walking through it!
Pints on the boat - a personal favourite of ours!
The MV Cill Airne is hands down one of the best ways to enjoy a pint in Dublin when the sun’s out. Picture this: relaxing on the River Liffey with a cold drink in hand (maybe even a Guinness?), the breeze in your hair, soaking up the Dublin sun, and enjoying the city from a whole new angle.
The Great South Wall Walk
The Great South Wall, stretching nearly 5km, was once the longest seawall in the world when it was finished in 1731! While it’s no longer the longest (thanks to a seawall in South Korea), it’s still one of the longest in Europe. The walk takes about 40 minutes and will lead you right to the iconic Poolbeg Lighthouse. Along the way, you’ll get stunning views of Dublin Bay, Bull Island, and Howth—plus, if you’re lucky, you might spot a dolphin or two!
Rent a Bike
Ditch the usual tourist traps and hop on your trusty steed (aka a rented bike) for an epic adventure along the Grand Canal! Pedal through charming neighbourhoods, past quirky canal locks and floating houses. It’s a wheely good way to explore Dublin’s hidden treasures and burn off those extra Guinness and Tayto calories!
